Welcome to the L’Écume des vagues chalet. Accommodating up to 8 people, this chalet includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with a very comfortable sofa, a dining room, and a bathroom. All on the ground floor. In the basement, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and a second with a double bed and two bunk beds (single and double). The bathroom with shower and laundry area are also in the basement.
The chalet has two private parking spaces and a charging station is available (shared with all four chalets). Outside, enjoy a patio with a picnic table, a BBQ, and a fire pit with two Adirondack chairs. Need to recharge? You've come to the right place. Book your stay now!

Policy and Conditions What you need to know
Rental conditions
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment for our guests, our cabins are smoke-free and pet-free. We do not allow pets inside or outside the cabins.
A fee of $1,000 will be charged if a domestic animal was present during your stay.
By booking at Logis du Bois Flotté, you accept these conditions.
Reservation
A 30% deposit is payable upon reservation and the balance is payable 10 days before your arrival.
A $500 security deposit will be required the day before your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you in full after the premises have been inspected, provided no breakages, damages, or uncleanliness are found, and within 5 days of your departure.
A minimum of 1 to 3 nights may be required depending on the season.
A $150 fee for housekeeping, accommodation taxes, GST and QST are not included in the price and will be added to your invoice.
Occupation policy
By booking at Logis du Bois Flotté, you are responsible for:
- Leave the chalet at the end of your stay in the same conditions as when you arrived;
- Respect your neighbors' space;
- Respect quiet hours, i.e. from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.;
- Respect the parking areas for each chalet. One vehicle can park in front of your chalet, and if you have a second vehicle, park it behind the building.
No gatherings, parties, etc. will be allowed. If this is the case, an amount from the security deposit will be retained to compensate the neighbors.
No animals are allowed inside or outside the chalet.
Smoking is prohibited inside and on the patio.
As we only have one charging station for electric vehicles, please give up the space for those who need it.
At the end of your stay, we ask you to:
- Leave the dishes clean, if necessary you can use the dishwasher; there is no need to put them away;
- Take out the trash, recycling, and compost.
These little things can make a big difference. We thank you in advance for respecting these few living rules.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay : the 30% deposit will be refunded to you.
- If you cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of your stay : the 30% deposit is non-refundable as compensation, but transferable over a period of one year.
- If you cancel less than 10 days before the start of the stay : the full amount of the reservation is required as compensation.
The fees charged by the Stripe payment platform at the time of booking (equal to 3% of the booking amount) are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the deadline.
